Refund and Cancellation policy.

This policy covers payments made to The WriteWise Studio LLP for WriteWise services, through our website or a payment link we send you.

Brainstorm with Mara and College Research

Payments for our online tools are not refundable once your Mara session has started or your research report has been generated. At that point the service has been delivered.

If you are not happy with your report, book a free 15-minute call with Vedant or Manushri. We will go through it with you and help you take it forward.

When we will refund you

• You were charged more than once for the same thing.
• Money left your account but the payment failed.
• Your session or report failed because of a technical problem on our side and we could not fix it. You can choose a refund or a free redo.

Coaching packages

Coaching packages are covered by the engagement letter you sign with us. The letter sets out the price, the payment schedule and what happens if you stop part way. Where it differs from this page, the letter applies.

What we do not refund

• Admission decisions. We do not promise admission to any college. Colleges decide.
• A change of mind after a service has been delivered.
• Work we stop under our Terms, for example if we are asked to write an essay or to include things that did not happen.

How to ask

Email writewise.vk@gmail.com from the address you paid with, and include your payment ID. We confirm we have your request within 48 hours and reply with a decision within 7 working days.

When the money reaches you

Approved refunds go back to the card, UPI or bank account you paid from within 5 to 7 working days. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
